Not yet on the Chrome Web Store — install manually with Developer mode (steps below).
How to install
Download the zip above and unzip it somewhere permanent (don't delete the folder afterward — Chrome loads the extension from it).
Open chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions) in Chrome or Edge.
Turn on Developer mode (top right).
Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
Pin the extension icon to your toolbar for easy access.
One-time step: Chrome doesn't auto-bind keyboard shortcuts for
unpacked/developer-mode extensions. If you want the Alt+Shift+R hotkey, bind it
once at chrome://extensions/shortcuts — or just use the toolbar icon's
Start/Stop button instead.
How to use it
Open a WhatsApp Web call in a tab.
Click the extension icon, pick a mode (remembered for next time), then Start recording.
